Our starting prices apply to homes in maintained condition. Final pricing is based on the size of your home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition, pets, add-ons, and any special requests.

If your home requires extra time due to heavy buildup, grease, excessive dust, pet hair, or detailed cleaning needs, we may recommend a Deep Reset or provide a custom quote.

Essential Reset

Starting at $149

A fresh, reliable clean for homes that are already maintained and need a general reset.
 

Best for:
Studios, apartments, and homes that need regular upkeep or a light refresh.

Estimated time: 2–3 hours for small studios
Team size: Usually 1 cleaner

A more detailed cleaning for homes that need extra care, attention, and a deeper refresh.

Best for:
First-time cleanings, seasonal resets, busy households, homes with buildup, or spaces that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while.

Estimated time: 4–7 hours
Team size: 1–2 cleaners depending on the size and condition of the home

  • Detailed dusting of surfaces and corners

  • More detailed bathroom cleaning

  • Scrubbing of shower and tub areas

  • Detailed kitchen cleaning

  • Exterior cabinet wipe-down

  • Doors, handles, and light switches

  • Extra attention to buildup, dust, and high-touch areas

Good to know:
Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, interior windows, laundry, and organization can be added as extras.
